The system uses two independent communication channels, giving you greater assurance of receiving information even in case of Internet failure.

• Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz – remote control via TUYA mobile app. (Note: only 2.4 GHz networks. The system does not support 5 GHz. However, most Wi-Fi routers on the market support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. )
• GSM 4G (requires Nano-SIM card) – SMS notifications and phone calls even without Internet.

In case of alarm, the system immediately notifies the user via:

• Notification in TUYA app
• SMS messages (up to 5 numbers)
• Phone calls to programmed numbers (up to 5 in set order)

The system first sends SMS messages and then makes calls according to the programmed order.

Control via SMS messages:

After inserting a SIM card into the control panel, the system can be controlled via SMS. You can arm/disarm the system and receive alarm notifications on 5 selected phone numbers.

Full control in TUYA Smart app:

From the app you can, among others:

• Arm and disarm the system
• Check 1 of 4 system statuses: disarmed, fully armed, partially armed, alarm triggered
• Receive instant notifications about intrusion and battery status
• check if a sensor has low battery
• check whether all windows and doors are closed
• configure schedules for automatic arming/disarming
• add and manage additional smart devices

You can assign each sensor to one of the three types of security zones described below. You can do this either via the control panel or the mobile app. In addition, the HUXGO HXA700 wireless alarm system offers both full and partial arming options.

In the case of full arming, any breach of any zone (triggering of any type of sensor) will set off the alarm. If the alarm system is partially armed, the alarm will only be triggered by sensors assigned to the 24-hour zone or the outdoor zone.

• 24-hour zone (active 24h) – sensors will operate 24 hours a day regardless of whether the wireless alarm is armed (whether in full or partial arming mode) or disarmed. Recommended for fire, gas, wireless smoke or flood sensors.

• external zone – sensors assigned to this zone are also active during partial arming of the alarm system. This allows, for example, free movement around the apartment when motion sensors are disabled (assigned to the internal zone), while all contact sensors remain active (assigned to the external zone), so that the alarm is triggered when attempting to open windows or doors.

• internal zone (so-called free movement zone) - allows movement within the premises without triggering the alarm when the system is in partial arming mode. You can move, for example, around the bedroom or the upper part of the house without triggering the alarm, while movement in another part of the property, e.g. the ground floor, will trigger the alarm because the sensors there are assigned to the external zone.

You can assign any type of wireless sensor to any zone in any room, adjusting the alarm system settings according to user needs and the specifics of the property.
